At Aviva Stadium we cater for all types of events and will work with your creative team to see that you and your clients vision happens on the day.
We have a dedicated events and account management team with a wealth of venue knowledge who can work with you to ensure a memorable occasion.
In addition we have designed our very own event kit for you to plan out your event and give us lots of infomration on your requirements. This will allow our Events team come back to you immediately with a detailed proposal bespoke to your requirements.
How to use your Event Kit?
- Choose an space that would suit your planned event at Aviva Stadium
- Choose an event type that best describes your event. If you do not see a suitable option please leave blank and add details to comment field at later stage.
- Are there service elements or food elements to your event? Choose from our sample listings, if appropriate.
- Send request to our Events Team
- We will review your requirements and come back to you with a detailed proposal based on your specific needs.

How many people will the meeting room need to accomodate?
Don't worry if you need a small or large meeting room, we've got it covered. Our meeting rooms and conference areas can accomodate 2-800 people.
What type of facilities are available in the meeting rooms and conference venues?
With state of the art facilities including in house AV team, Wi Fi, dedicated experienced conference management team and flexible spaces, our meeting rooms has the latest technology available at the touch of a button.
What type of event do you plan to run?
Depending on whether you are planning a product launch, gala dinner, conference, small or large meeting, charity event, exhibition or media extravaganza, our selection of flexible meeting rooms and spaces will suit your event. Our event managment team will discuss the different aspects of your event and suggest the best spaces available.
Do the meeting rooms have catering facilities?
Our catering team excel themselves whether they are preparing gala dinners to breakfast treats. Depending on your needs, we have a selection of menus from which to choose. For discussions on budgets, special requirements and more menus please contact our Events Team.
