Meeting Rooms
With 50+ meeting spaces over 3 levels coupled with panoramic views over the city and grounds, Aviva Stadium is the premier venue for meetings in Dublin.
Meeting Rooms at Aviva Stadium include 36 corporate boxes that have the capacity of 2 - 55 people. All boxes overlook the bowl of the stadium, can be booked online and offer a welcome alternative to an office or boardroom for your next meeting. All of our state of the art meeting rooms are equipped with the latest IT & AV facilities.

In addition we have designed our very own event kit for you to plan out your meeting and give us lots of information on your requirements. This will allow our Events team to come back to you immediately with a detailed proposal bespoke to your requirements.
How to use your Event Kit?

How many people will the meeting room need to accomodate?
Don't worry if you need a small or large meeting room, we've got it covered. Our meeting rooms and conference areas can accomodate 2-1,000 people.
What type of facilities are available in the meeting rooms?
With state of the art facilities including in house AV team, Wi Fi, dedicated experienced conference management team and flexible spaces, our meeting rooms have the latest technology available at the touch of a button.
What type of event do you plan to run?
Depending on whether you are planning a product launch, gala dinner, conference, small or large meeting, charity event, exhibition or media extravaganza, our selection of flexible meeting rooms and spaces will suit your event. Our event managment team will discuss the different aspects of your event and suggest the best spaces available.
Do the meeting rooms have catering facilities?
Our catering team excel themselves whether they are preparing gala dinners to breakfast treats. Depending on your needs, we have a selection of menus from which to choose. For discussions on budgets, special requirements and more menus please contact our Events Team.
