Aviva Stadium’s management team led by Martin Murphy, Stadium Director, oversees the operations, health and safety, security and delivery of all matches and events at the stadium.
Compass Group Ireland’s Sports Leisure and Hospitality team lead by an extremely experienced Sean Curtis who joined the team in 2014. Sean’s previous roles include General Manager at Newmarket Racecourse, Head of Operations at Arsenal Football not to mention Head of Catering at Manchester United Football Club.
Sean Curtis and his team conduct their jobs with great flair and professionalism as they are highly motivated and truly passionate about representing Aviva Stadium in all aspects of what we do. They are proud to be at the very beating heart of Irish Sport in Ireland. Every day they work within a competitive market place and even though we manage a huge mix of customers with ease and build and deliver amazingly complex array of world class hospitality experiences individual to each event client even with 52,000 other people in the building.
For our events clients they have the same point of contact from the moment they enquire to host their event at Aviva Stadium right up to after the event. We are a one stop shop with a full-time resident experienced Events Team who brings clients events to life. Our sales team build clients events from the ground upwards and a second to none Operations and Front of House Team who get a kick out of pressurised situations and delivering exceptional service.

We have an ability to say yes. All of the time and if there’s something we cannot do, or arrange, we’ll always offer an alternative.
Compass Group Ireland provide the hospitality and foodservice to Aviva Stadium and work closely with the stadium management team to deliver events safely, securely and to showcase the best the venue has to offer.
