Event Industry Awards 2018

We did it!! We won Best Event Caterer at the Event Industry Awards 2017!

In July 2017, we were delighted to attend a fantastic evening alongside colleagues and clients and came away with the award for Best Event Caterer.

We were shortlisted for three categories amongst some very tough competition, and showed up to the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in high spirits, looking forward to an enjoyable night filled with great entertainment and anticipation ahead of the presentations. 

To be shortlisted for this award, each entry needs to submit a full proposal and provide a sample tasting menu that would wow the judges. Head Chef James Smith stepped up to the challenge and created a menu that showcased our best work that impressed the judges.  The selection included a seafood course of crab claws, Lemongrass & Ginger Oysters and Beetroot & Orange Cured Kilmore Quay Salmon, followed by a range of beef, cured meats and freshly prepared vegetables. To finish, a variety of desserts including a delicious Dark Chocolate & Caramel Cube were presented to the judges.

The award shows how dedicated and talented James Smith and his team are here in Aviva Stadium. We are always delighted when clients comment on how they are pleasantly surprised during corporate events at the standard of food we provide. We love being challenged to new and exciting menus and this award showcases our ability to exceed clients expectations.
